Virginian Pilot January Tuesday 8, 1907

The funeral of the late Bartlett Rose, who died at his home in South Norfolk 
Sunday morning at 5:30 o'clock, took place at the residence at 3 o'clock 
yesterday afternoon.  Rev. J.O. Cox, pastor of South Norfolk Christian Church, 
officiated.  The interment was in Magnolia Cemetery.
The deceased was 60 years years of age and was a native of North Carolina but 
had been residing here quite a number of years.  He is survived by a widow and 
several children.
