Ross Dies at Age of 81 Mrs. Julia Frances Corbell Ross, 81, a lifelong resident of Norfolk, died yesterday at 2:45 p.m., at the residence, 153 West 10th Street. Widow of John Redmond Ross, she was a daughter of Willis M. and Mrs. Mary Pitt Corbell. She was a charter member of the Daughters of Isabella and also a member of the De Paul Auxiliary, Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Sodality and Sanctuary Society of the church. Surviving are two daughters, Miss Clarine Ross and Mrs. M.A. Ansell, both of Norfolk; three grandsons, John A. Banks, of Norfolk; Lt. Comdr. J.W. Ross, Jr., of San Francisco, Calif. and Thomas Redmond Ross, of Flureffe, Pa. and four granddaughters, Mrs. L.J. Nunnally, of Roanoke; Mrs. W.J. White, Mrs. D.W. Causey, Jr. and Mrs. Andrew H. O'Rourke, all of Norfolk. Rosary services will be held at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. The funeral will be conducted Thursday at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Remains will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for services THURSDAY MORNING at 10 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.
