Davies, of Johnson Avenue. This young lady, aged 16, was a member of Christ Church and of the Sunday school in this sanctuary. Her teacher, Miss Lonia Taylor, had a high and tender regard for deceased. She was a gentle and dutiful child and was an amiable schoolmate. Special traits in her character were sympathy and beneficence. After all, these are the crowning virtues of life. She has left a vacant place in the circle of friends to which she belonged and a vacant chair at home. But there is a circle of pure and loved ones forming in the heavenly home and hope cheers the hearts of bereaved ones that she in in the holy galaxy of the good and true and triumphant that have overcome through grace and faith and patience and reached home in heaven.
