Joseph Eugene Roulhac, 628 Brewer street, died December 30 in a local hospital
at the age of 54. He was born in Edenton,NC, and had lived in Norfolk a great
number of years.

Funeral services were conducted January 5 at the Church of God in Christ with
the pastor, Rev. D. Lawrence Williams, officiating.

He was a foreman of the J. H. Miles and Company, Inc Seafood plant.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Riddick's Funeral Service in charge.
