Doris Mathias Rourke, 85, of the 600 block of Stockley Gardens, a retired 
receptionist, died Sept. 14, 1990, in a hospital.

Mrs. Rourke, a native of Yorkshire, N.Y., had retired from Hofheimer's Shoe Stores 
after 55 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Jean R. Hillegass of Norfolk.

The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Mary's Catholic 
Cemetery by the Rev. John J. Dorgan. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, is 
handling arrangements.
