Norfolk Virginian Pilot April 13, 1936

Robert Lester Rowland aged five years, son of Lester Lee and Maude Estelle 
Norman Rowland, of 1300 Chesapeake Avenue, South Norfolk, died at a local 
hospital yesterday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock after an illness of six weeks. 
Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister, Margie Ruth Rowland, and two 
brothers, Norman and William Harold Rowland.
The body was removed to the Graham Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements.

Robert Lester Rowland - Funeral services for the five-year-old son of Lester Lee 
and Mrs. Maude Estelle Norman Rowland of 1330 Chesapeake Avenue, South Norfolk, 
who died at a local hospital Sunday, will be conducted this afternoon at 2 
o'clock in the Graham Funeral home, Jefferson and Jackson streets, South 
Norfolk. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
