NORFOLK - Elouise P. Ruffin, 82, went home to be with the Lord Sept. 2, 2010.
She was born March 21, 1928 in Longburge, N.C. She was predeceased by her
husband, George Ruffin; son, Ruben Williams; and granddaughter, Ebony L.
Breckenridge. She is survived by her beloved children, Larry D. Williams
(Regina), Diane Williams, Helen Roberson, Tawana Breckenridge; six
grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Bank Street Memorial Baptist
Church in Norfolk. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family will
receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Graves Funeral Home, Norfolk.
