Virginian Pilot January 5, 1994

William R. "Fluffy" Ruffin, 40, of the 500 block of Timothy Ave., died Jan. 3, 
1994.
Survivors include his mother, Queen E. Riddick of Norfolk; four sisters, 
Elizabeth Deering and Claretha Hargraves, Beatrice D. Turner and Willie Mae 
Beale, all of Norfolk; four brothers, Larry Vann of Churchland, Va., Ronald J. 
Brown of Norfolk, Curtis Bailey of St. Louis, Mo., and Arthur Lee Bailey Jr. of 
Norfolk; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Magnolia Cemetery. The 
family will assemble at Graves Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Thursday.
