Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, May 23, 1992
Edward ``Steppy'' Ruffin of the 2800 block of Liberia Drive, a retired shipping
and receiving clerk, died May 18, 1992.

Mr. Ruffin was born in Norfolk. He had retired from Mama Kayer's Bakery after 34
years.

He is survived by several cousins, including Frederick Jordan of Norfolk.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev.
J.L. Kearney Sr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Family and friends will
assemble at 12:45 p.m. in the funeral home.
