Ruffin, relict of the late Theodorick Ruffin, at one time one of the proprietors of the Norfolk Virginian, but in later years city editor of the Public Leger, died at her home, No. 12 East Street, at 11 o'clock Friday night, in the 60th year of her age. The deceased was the daughter of the late John K. Hodges, who preceded her to the grave many years ago. She was a woman of many excellent qualities and beautiful life, that drew around her a large circle of f friends and acquaintances, who will learn with sorrow of her death. She is s survived by a daughter, Miss Fannie Ruffin, and one sister, Miss Fannie Hodges. The funeral will be held from the residence this afternoon at 4 o'clock.
