Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, December 16, 1999 
Joseph Henry Ruff Jr. of the 100 block of Cromwell Pkwy. died Dec. 14, 1999.

Born in Mathews County, Va., he was a retired warehouse worker from the Navy
Exchange and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Lillie Mae Ruff; a sister, Sally Sheppard and
husband, Willard Sheppard; two grandchildren, James Bolden Jr. and Annarino L.
Bolden; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday at Graves Funeral Home Chapel by
the Rev. John Davis. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the
family at 987 Albert Ave.
