The Virginian Pilot Sunday June 10, 1990
VIRGINIA BEACH - Barbara A. Ramsey, 58, of the 600 block of Fort Raleigh Drive, 
died June 9, 1990, in a hospital.
Mrs. Rumsey, a native of Norfolk, had retired from Colonial Cleaners.  She was 
the widow of James B. Rumsey.
Survivors include two daughters, Anne R. Fowlkes of Norfolk and Debbie R. 
Matthews of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Marion Buell and Pat Parham, both of 
St. John's Island, S.C. and Mary Vaughan of Walnut Creek, Calif.; two brothers, 
George Dudley of Norfolk and James Dudley of Atlanta; and a grandchild.
The graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Elmwood Cemetery by 
the Rev. J. Shepherd Russell.  Friends may join the family at H.D. Oliver 
Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
