Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, May 2, 2001 
NORFOLK - Keith S. Russell Jr. of the 1700 block of Princeton Ave. died April
29, 2001, at a local hospital.

Born in Norfolk, he was the widower of Mable Russell and retired from the Naval
Supply Center and from A&P Supermarket after 26 years of service. Mr. Russell
was a member of Metropolitan A.M.E.Z. Church.< He is survived by six daughters,
Jeannette Williams of Norfolk, Joyce Webster of Daytona, Fla., Jacqueline
Jackson, Iris Heath, Gale Russell and Louvenia Smith, all of Norfolk; 13
grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two aunts, Viola Whitlock of Norfolk and
Clara Brook of Philadelphia, Pa.; two uncles, Wilson Russell of New Hampshire
and Rudolph Eason Sr. of Philadelphia. He was predeceased by a son, Kenneth
Russell; and a sister, Doris Williams.

A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Metropolitan A.M.E.Z. Church by the
Rev. A.A. Parsons with burial in Calvary Cemetery . The body will be taken to
the church at 10 a.m. Graves Funeral Home is in charge.
