Virginian Pilot October 21, 1904

Mrs. Violet Ruth, aged 26 years, died early yesterday morning after a brief 
illness.
The deceased was a native of Pennsylvania, but had been a resident of this place 
for some time.   The funeral will be conducted from the residence this afternoon 
at 3 o'clock.  The interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Violet Ruth, who died at the family residence in 
Montalant avenue Wednesday afternoon, was conducted from the residence yesterday 
afternoon at 3 o'clock.  Rev. Mr. Reynolds, chaplain on the U.S.S. Franklin, at 
Helena, conducted the ceremony.  The interment was in Magnolia Cemetery.
