DIED
RYAN – Suddenly at St. Vincent’s Hospital (date and hour illegible):40 p.m., 
PATRICK HENRY RYAN, aged 77 years.
Friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral from St. Vincent’s 
Hospital tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock. No flowers.

Part of this notice is obscured.  I have inferred some of the information. From 
the Virginia, U.S., Death Registers, 1853-1911, for Patrick Henry Ryan, he died on 
1 Dec 1888.
