Ryan, died at 3:20 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the family residence, 328 W. Twelfth Street, after a lingering illness, aged 13 years. Young Ryan was an altar boy at St. Mary's Catholic Church and was well known and liked by all who knew him. Besides his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Sister Aloysia of St. Agnes' Hospital, Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Joseph F. Gallalee of Cavite, P.I. and Miss Elizabeth Ryan of Norfolk; three brothers, John Vincent Ryan, a student at St. Charles College, Catonsville, Md., William B. and Emmett J. Ryan of Norfolk. The funeral will take place at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Services will be conducted by Rev. Fathers John J. Doherty of St. Mary's Church and Rev. Leo Ryan of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
