The funeral of Miss Mary Prescott Sale took place yesterday morning at 10 o’clock 
at St. Mary’s Catholic church, and was conducted by Rev. George Dunn. The funeral 
was largely attended and there were numerous floral offerings. Mrs. James Hughes 
sang “Abide With Me.” The burial was in St. Mary’s cemetery, the pallbearers being 
John Mariner, W. M. Hannan, S. C. Phillips, M. T. Friary, J. E. Prince, M. J. 
Murphy, C. B. Carroll and J. J. Brounley.
