NORFOLK - Gloria Millan Saliba, 83, passed away, May 13, 2011. Mrs. Saliba was 
born in Norfolk, the daughter of the late Dr. Charles Millan and Sadie Fadel 
Millan. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dr. Edward Millan and a sister, 
Arriett Barnard. Survivors include her son, David Charles Saliba and his wife 
Donna of Winter Haven, Fla.; two grandchildren, Matthew and John David Saliba; 
nieces, Charlotte M. Cohea, Marie M. Egert and nephews, Edward Millan Jr. and 
Leslie Barnard. She is also survived by several great-nieces and extended family. 
A graveside service will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Friday, May 20, at St. Mary's 
Catholic Cemetery in Norfolk by Father Daniel Klem. H.D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. Online condolences may be
