Virginian-Pilot, 10-30-1926
Simon S. (sic) Salsbury - Funeral services for Mr. Salsbury, who died Thursday 
morning at his home, [] Grayson Street, were conducted at the home yesterday 
morning at 11 o'clock. Dr. A. A. Steinbach, of Beth-El Temple, Norfolk, 
assisted by Rabbi J. Gourland, of Mickro (sic) Kodesh Synagogue, Berkley, and 
Rabbi S. Gordon, Norfolk, officiated.

The active pallbearers were Joseph Goodman, Jake Abrahamson, Isaac Greenburg, 
M. Fox, Simon Legum and Louis Steinburg. The honorary pallbearers were A. J. 
Legum, Morris Goodman, Mosses (sic) Glasser and Sam Fox.

Burial was in the family lot in Hebrew Cemetery, Campostella road.
