Salyer died yesterday morning at 9:10 o'clock at the residence, 1306 Brambleton Avenue, aged 27 years. He was a member of the local police force and was a son of S.E. and the late Mrs. Carrie A. Salyer. He is survived by his father, wife, one sister, Miss Hazel V. Salyer and two brothers, Harry D. and S.E. Salyer, Jr. He was a member of the Memorial Christian Temple, of Bricklayers' International Union and Industry Council, No. 1, Fraternal Americans. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 5 o'clock at the residence, Rev. W.H. Denison, D.D., officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood.
