Virginian-Pilot, November 20, 1979
Virginia Beach - Mrs. Esther Weiss Sandler, 60, of 1135 Birnam Woods Drive, the 
widow of Hyman Sandler and a native of Baltimore, died Monday evening in her 
home.
She was employed by the Navy Exchange.
Survivors include two sons, Sam Sandler of Virginia Beach and Paul Sandler of 
Laurel, MD; three sisters, Mrs. Libby Sachs and Mrs. Irene Epperson of 
Baltimore, and Mrs. Betty Klein of New Jersey; a brother, Milton Weiss of 
Detroit; and four grandchildren.
A funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts, 
Norfolk, by Rabbi Joseph Goldman and Cantor Isaac Danker.
