NORFOLK — Patton Oliver Sansone, 79, of the 7700 block of Major Ave., died Aug. 8, 
1989, in a Norfolk hospital.

Mrs. Sansone, a native of Norfolk, was the widow of Phillip Sansone. She was a 
member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Children’s Hospital of The King’s 
Daughters, Josephine Taylor Circle, and a former member of Roma Lodge.

Survivors include two sisters, Marion 0. Traylor of Norfolk and Mary L. Schraudt 
of Richmond.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday in Blessed 
Sacrament Catholic Church by the Rev. Julian B. Goodman. Burial will be in St. 
Mary’s Cemetery. A Christian wake will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday in H.D. Oliver 
Funeral Apartments, Norfolk. Friends may join the family at 1032 N. Lexan 
Crescent, Norfolk.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary’s Infant Home Auxiliary.
