Virginian Pilot October 28, 1952

Mary Elizabeth Santos, daughter of Charles O. and Mrs. Katherine Roberts 
Santos, died yesterday at 12:01 a.m., at a Norfolk hospital.
Miss Santos was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, residing at 938 West Princess 
Anne Road at the time of her death. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic 
Church.
Surviving are, one sister, Mrs. Raymond L. Ives; three brothers, Paul O. 
Santos, Joseph F. Santos, and Charles O. Santos; an aunt, Miss Lucy B. Roberts, 
all of Norfolk; three nephews, Edward B. Fox and John F. Fox of Norfolk, and 
Charles E. Hutchins, of Georgia.
The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, to the Sacred 
Heart Catholic Church, for funeral services tomorrow at 10 a.m. Burial will be 
in Elmwood Cemetery. Rosary services will be conducted at the funeral 
apartments, tonight at 8 o’clock.
