Dr. James L. Sapp, well-known physician, member of the staff of Norfolk
Community Hospital, died at his residence, 2700 Broad Creek road, at 2:18 a.m.
Saturday, Aug. 14, just 48 minutes after his daughter, Miss Audrey L. Sapp, was
married quietly to James Hugo Madison, student at Brooklyn Law School, and the
son of the late John Madison and Mrs. Lelia Madison Williams of Norfolk.
