Norfolk Landmark, Sat., Jan. 29, 1898, pg. 1

 
Yesterday afternoon at 4 o’clock the funeral of Mrs. Mena Sarlouis, took place 
from her late residence, No. 120 Holt Street. The services were conducted by 
the Rev. H. Benmosche, of the Cumberland Street Synagogue, assisted by the Rev. 
Dr. B. Eberson, of the Ohef Sholem Temple. The remains were interred in the 
Hebrew Cemetery.
The following were the pall-bearers: E. Hirschler, D. Lowenberg, J.B. 
Lowenberg, L. Levy, I. Moritz, J. Anthony, J. Morris and S. Westheimer.
