Mrs. Annie B. Saunders, 57, died Apr. 9 in a local hospital. A native of
Raleigh, NC, she was the daughter of the late Romeo and Janie Richardson.

Funeral services were held April 14 at 2:30 p.m. from the Hale Funeral Chapel
with the Rev. Lawrence Smith officiating.

Mrs. Saunders is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Smith and Mrs. Evelyn
Brundy, both of Norfolk. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home
in charge of arrangements.
