Mr. Judge G. Saunders died at his home, 2433 Middle street, Monday evening, June 
4, after an illness of six months. Funeral services were held at the Metropolitan 
A. M. E. Church, Thursday evening, June 7, at two o’clock, Rev. C. J. Henderson 
officiating. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Saunders is survived by a wife, 
six children, two sisters and three brothers.
