Virginian Pilot January 14, 1909

Mrs. Sarah E. Savage, a well known lady of South Norfolk, died at her home in 
Bainbridge street yesterday afternoon about 2 o'clock, after an illness of some 
time.
The deceased was 62 years old and is survived by several children.
The funeral will be conducted from the residence Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock and 
the interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
Rev. R.B. Scott, pastor of Liberty Street M.E. Church, will officiate at the 
funeral.
