Sawyer, who has been ill for several months at their home, on Eleventh street and Mahone avenue, died yesterday afternoon at 5:45 o'clock. She had been suffering from a complication of diseases and was their only child. The funeral will be conducted from the family residence this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Rev. M.P. Porter will officiate. The interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery. ************************************************** The funeral of little Effie Mae, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James E. Sawyer, was conducted from the family residence, on Eleventh street and Mahone avenue, yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock, Rev. M.P. Porter, of Main Street Christian Church, officiating. There were quite a number of the friends of the bereaved family present and many beautiful flowers were laid on her coffin.
