Norfolk Virginian Pilot January 4, 1951

Miss Lillian Sawyer, daughter of the late Kenneth R. and Mrs. Archie Anne 
Sawyer, died at a Norfolk hospital yesterday at 1:30 a.m.  She was a native 
of Camden County, N.C. and had resided in Norfolk a number of years.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Eva Knott, of Portsmouth; Miss Addie 
Sawyer, of Norfolk and two brothers, Gaither Sawyer and Elbert Sawyer, of 
Norfolk.
Funeral services will be conducted at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments by 
the Rev. Taylor Willis, pastor of Christ and St. Luke's Church, of which she 
was a member, tomorrow at 2 p.m.  Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
