Scelzi, aged 42, a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, died at a local hospital yesterday afternoon at 2:27 o'clock. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Norfolk Lodge 38, B.P.O. Elks. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Isabella Guerra Scelzi, of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. John Briola and Mrs. Alex Meloni, both of Norfolk; four brothers, Joseph and Rocco Scelzzi, both of Norfolk and Eddie and Harry Scelzi, both of New York and two nieces. Services will be held privately at the grave in St. Mary's Cemetery tomorrow morning. ******************************************************************************* John B. Scelzi - Funeral services and interment for Mr. Scelzi, son of Mrs. Isabella Guerra Scelzi, and the late John Scelzi, whose death occurred Saturday, were held privately at the grave in St. Mary's Cemetery yesterday morning at 10 o'clock with the Rev. E.P. Kilgalen, officiating. The Rev. T.P. Scannell, the Rev. P.C. Blackburn and the Rev. F.W. Bambrick were present. There were many floral offerings. The casket was covered with a pall of Easter lilies, red roses, lilies of the valley and fern. Undertaker's assistants served as pallbearers.
