Virginian-Pilot  May 16, 1914
The funeral of Mrs. Annie E. Schroeder, wife of Robert C. Schroeder, took place at 
10 o’clock yesterday morning at St. Mary’s Catholic church and was largely 
attended. Services were conducted by Rev. P. P. Brennan, who also paid a high 
tribute to the life and character of the deceased. Many handsome floral designs 
were received, among them being designs from the Ladies’ Auxiliary of the 
Hibernians, telephone operators, the Cabinet at Miller, Rhoads and Swartz, and the 
Fidelias Club. Burial was in St. Mary’s cemetery.

Pallbearers were John R. Coleman, William Walsh, C. Curling, P. Cavenaugh, George 
Dorr and H. D. Oliver.
