Norfolk-Pilot, February 18, 1961
NORFOLK - Leopold Schulwolf, 60, proprietor of Swank's Pop Naval Wear at Little 
Creek Road and Shore Drive, died Friday at 8 a.m. in  his home, 823 Shirley Ave.
He was the husband of Mrs. Faye Garson Schulwolf and a son of the late Ben and 
Mrs. Fannie Schulwolf.
Born in Texas, he lived in Norfolk 30 years.
Besides his widow, surviving are two sons, Benjamin Lewis Schulwolf of Norfolk 
and Dr. Alfred M. Schulwolf of Boston; one sister, Mrs. Joseph Rocklin of 
Miami; and three brothers, Morris Schulwolf and Manuel Schulwolf of Montgomery, 
AL, and Samuel Schulwolf of Miami.
A funeral service will be conducted at H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts Sunday at 11 
a.m. by Rabbi Joseph Schecter of B'Nai Israel Congregation. Burial will be in 
B'Nai Israel Cemetery.
