Virginia Beach - Regina Phelps Scotece, 91, went to be with the Lord March 13, 
2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Rose Phelps, brother 
Charles and sister Frances.
She is survived by her sister, Mary Rhodes and children, Gina Dara, Joseph 
Scotece, Mary Frances Neaves, 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, nieces and 
nephew, great-nieces and -nephews and many loving friends.
A mass will be held Friday March 23rd at 11am at St. Matthews Catholic Church.
