The Norfolk Landmark March 2, 1902

                                The Death Bell

After an illness of less than a week's duration Mrs. Elizabeth Seelinger, a well 
known and highly esteemed lady, died at her home, No. 91 Chapel Street, 
yesterday morning. Several days ago Mrs. Seelinger was stricken with pneumonia 
and though her illness was quite serious, it was not thought that it would prove 
fatal so soon. Thursday evening Mrs. Seelinger's condition was somewhat 
alarming, but the following day there was a change for the better and strong 
hopes for her recovery were entertained. Later there came a change for the worse 
and death ensued as stated.
At the time of her death Mrs. Seelinger was 65 years of age. During her 
residence in Norfolk she had by her lovable character greatly endeared herself 
to a large circle of friends who sincerely sympathise with her children in their 
bereavement.
Mrs. Seelinger is survived by four sons and a daughter - Messrs, Joseph, Henry, 
Steve and Antonio and Miss Lizzie Seelinger, who reside in this city.
The funeral will take place from St. Mary's Catholic Church Monday morning at 11 
o'clock.

1902, at 7:45 o’clock a.m., Mrs. ELIZABETH SEELINGER, in the 66th year of her 
age.
Funeral services from St. Mary’s Catholic Church TUESDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock. 
Friends of the family are invited to attend
