Virginian-Pilot  November 30, 1918
Phillip Bernard Seibel died Thursday afternoon at the age of 26 years. He was a 
native of Norfolk, and is survived by his mother, Mrs. Ellen Seibel, two sisters, 
Misses Nellie and Mary Seibel, and a brother, Henry Seibel. Funeral services will 
take place Sunday at the residence, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Rev. Leo J. 
Ryan of Sacred Heart Catholic church, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary's 
cemetery.
