Norfolk - Mrs. Harriett Jordan Selden, 76, of 442 Lee Point Road, the widow of 
William Selden Sr. and a native of Norfolk, died Oct. 6 in her home.

She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and Norfolk Temple 1A, Daughters 
of Elks.

She attended Catholic schools and was a graduate of Wilberforce University. She 
was a member of the Amici Club.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Gloria H. Clark of Norfolk.

The body was taken to B. F. King Funeral Home.

A funeral was held Oct. 9 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church by Rev. Dr. Thomas J. 
Quinlan. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
