Seymour Expires Of Heart Disease While In Bath Room Henry D. Seymour, a motorman on the Bay Shore division of the Virginia Railway and Power Company, and a former member of the Norfolk police department, dropped dead in the bathroom of the boarding house, 603 Plume street, yesterday afternoon. Heart disease was given as the cause of death, by Dr. R.S. Kight, city coroner, who examined the body. Coming off duty a few minutes before, Seymour was seen to go in the bathroom about 3 o'clock. Soon afterwards another boarder found Seymour lying on the floor with his unlighted pipe beside him. He had already expired. The police were notified and Detective Connors was put on the case. He learned that Seymour had been complaining of a pain in the left side for several days. He was unmarried and was 58 years old. The body was turned over to a funeral director. The funeral will take place Tuesday at 11 a.m. from H.C. Smith's funeral apartments, 306 Bank street. He leaves one sister, Miss Elizabeth Seymour and one brother, F.D. The funeral will take place from the funeral apartments of H.C. Smith, 306 Bank street, TUESDAY MORNING, February 16, at 11 o'clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Seymour took place at 11 o'clock yesterday morning from H.C. Smith's funeral apartments, 306 Bank street. Rev. J. Truman Anderson, pastor of the Park Avenue Baptist Church, conducted the services. There were beautiful flowers, among them a standing wreath from the employees of the Virginia Railway and Power Company. Interment was in Cedar Grove Cemetery and the pallbearers were A.M. McIver, C.D. Northington, Henry Boole, James Kegebein, George Dixson, W.H. Etheridge.
