Norfolk - Daniel Shackleford died Sunday at 4:55 a.m. at his residence, 911
Lincoln St., after a short illness.

Son of Mack and Annie Shackleford, he was a native of Franklin NC and had lived
in Norfolk 42 years. He was a member of New Calvary Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Wright and Mrs. Martha Patrick of Norfolk.

A funeral service will be held in Morning Glory Funeral Home Thursday at 1:30
p.m. by the Rev. V. J. Parker with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
