Mr. Cecil Shaddeaw, 18 years old, son of Mr. and Mrs. L.N. Shaddeaw, departed 
this life on Friday morning last at 5:30 o'clock, at the family residence, on 
Liberty Street Extended, South Norfolk. The deceased was a popular young man, 
whose death will be sad news to a large circle of friends.
The funeral will take place today at 3 p.m. from the residence and the remains 
will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk.

SHADDEAU - On Friday, December 9th, 1904, at 5:30 o'clock p.m., CECIL, son of 
L.N. and Florence Shaddeaw, in the 18th year of his age.
Funeral services from the residence of his parents, Liberty Street, South 
Norfolk, SUNDAY AFTERNOON at 3 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to 
attend. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk.

The funeral of the late Cecil L. Shaddeaw, who died Friday afternoon at 5:30 
o'clock at one of the Norfolk hospitals, was conducted from the residence of his 
parents, Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Father Walch, of Norfolk, officiating. 
The interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk. The deceased possessed a host 
of friends, who were pained at his untimely death, the result of appendicitis. 
The floral tributes were very numerous and beautiful. The pallbearers were 
Messrs. George W. Perry, W.C. Hughes, W.J. Burkett, Walter Garken, Edward 
Plummer and Flake Smith.
