Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, November 3, 1991 
Lucinda Shadley, of the 300 block of W. 28th St., a retired grocery store owner,
died Oct. 31, 1991, in her home.

Mrs. Shadley was born in Tarboro, N.C. She was a member of New Calvary Baptist
Church and the widow of William Shadley.

Survivors include two nieces, Ella Simmons of Virginia Beach and Lillian Jacobs
of Norfolk.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in New Calvary Baptist Church by
the Rev. G.G. Campbell. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join
the family at the residence. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m.
Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
