SHANNON, THOMAS JOSEPH — At a local hospital, Monday, August 18, 1952, at 1:53 
p.m., THOMAS JOSEPH SHANNON, husband of Mrs. Mary Alice O‘Connor Shannon, and son 
of the late Malachi and Mrs. Mary Ann Gately Shannon, aged 84 years. Remains will 
be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, to 
Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for services WEDNESDAY MORNING, at 10 o’clock. 
Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.
