Virginian Pilot January 20, 1970
Norfolk –Mrs. Mary Donati Shannonhouse, 51, of 3 Holland Avenue, Eastville, 
died in a hospital Sunday.
She was the wife of William Robert Shannonhouse and a daughter of Mrs. Marie 
Delano Donati of Westerly, R.I., and the late Emilio Corso Donati. 
A native of Florence, Italy, she lived in Eastville.
Surviving besides her husband and mother are two sons, William Robert 
Shannonhouse Jr., and Richard Delano Shannonhouse of Eastville; two sisters, 
Mrs. Davis Blossom of Hull, Mass., and Mrs. Ray Palmer of Westerly; two 
brothers Richard Donati of Williamstown, Mass. And Corso Donati of Hull, Mass.
A funeral service will be held in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, 
today at 3 p.m. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery. 
The family request that flowers be omitted. They will be at 1215 Hampton Blvd., 
Norfolk.
