The Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark April 1, 1933
Walter H. Sharp, aged 51, a native of Metropolis, Ill, and for the past 16 
years a resident of Norfolk, died yesterday morning at 4:40 o'clock at a local 
hospital.  He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Bertha Simms, of Nowata Okla.  
Mr. Sharp was a member of Norfolk Lodge No. 38, B.P.O. Elks.  Services will be 
held at H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartment, 610-612 East Freemason street, 
tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock with Chaplain William E. Callender, U.S.P.H.S., 
officiating.  Interment will be in "Elks Rest," Elmwood Cemetery.
