A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a daughter of John G. and Mary Hornsby Siegler and the wife of the late Charles F. Shaw. She lived here 48 years and belonged to St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Daughters of Isabelle, Oneida Council 6, Degree of Pocahontas, Edgewood Council 6, Daughters of America and the auxiliaries of the Spanish-American War Veterans and Veterans of Foreign Wars. She is survived by two sons, J.W. Sinclair, of Norfolk and F.A. Sinclair, of California; two daughters, Mrs. A.A. Firth and Mrs. R. Hoskins, Jr., of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. Walter Bagg, of California; four grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. The body was taken to the Sykes Funeral Home, Berkley where rosary services will be held tomorrow at 8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Saint Matthew's Catholic Church, Berkley.
