Norfolk - Mrs. Annie B. Shaw of 937 Marietta Ave., a native of Norfolk and 
retired from government service after 20 years, died Friday in a hospital.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, Bute Street.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Antoinette Hundley of Norfolk; a son, 1st 
Sgt. Melvin Shaw Jr. of Fort Monmouth, NJ; two sisters, Mrs. Rosa White of 
Norfolk and Mrs. Olga Steverson of Chesapeake; two brothers, Robert Black of 
Norfolk and Raymond Black of Portsmouth; Five grandchildren; and a great-
grandchild.

A funeral will be held today at 2 p.. in First Baptist Church, Bute Street, 
by the Rev. LaVert Taylor. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Hale 
Funeral Home in charge.
