Virginian-Pilot  Apri 10, 1946
Sister Elizabeth Sheedy, 42, daughter of the late Edward and Mrs. Margaret Sheedy, 
died at 2:12 a. m. yesterday at DePaul Hospital. Sister Sheedy was a native of 
Troy, N. Y. She had been a teacher in St. Patrick’s School, Richmond, for a number 
of years, coming to Norfolk last November. Funeral services will be held in the 
DePaul Hospital chapel, tomorrow at 9 a. m. Interment will be in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery.
