E.P. Miner, of Galilee Episcopal Church, Virginia Beach, officiating, being largely attended. There were handsome floral tributes. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery. He died at his home at Virginia Beach last Saturday, after a protracted illness, in his 58th year. He was a native of North Carolina and formerly lived in Richmond, where he was in the tobacco business. For the past fourteen years he was in the employ of the International Harvester Company of America, in the capacity of general salesman, covering Eastern Virginia and Eastern Carolina, where he was widely known. He is survived by his mother, his wife and three children - Mrs. Hilliard and Mrs. Rodgers and David Shelburn, of Virginia Beach and two brothers, John Shelburn, of Norfolk and Ed. H. Shelburn, of Greenville, N.C. He was held in the highest esteem by all who knew him.
