NORFOLK - Robert Lee Sheppard of 1231 Church St., retired from Short Shoreman's 
Local 1458, died Tuesday in his home.

He was a native of Portsmouth.

Survivors include a sister, Annie Elizabeth Sheppard of Newark, N.J.

The body was taken to Elton Funeral Home.

The family will be at the home of a niece, Mrs. Carolyn Faison of 222 W. 34th 
St.
