Shipp and daughter of the late John M. and Mrs. Laura Murrell Hewitt, died at the residence of her sister, Mrs. Elsie Hewitt Marlowe, 208 East 27th Street, yesterday at 5:15 p.m. Besides her husband and sister, she is survived by two stepdaughters, Mrs. Stella Murrell and Mrs. Lucille Shelton, both of Norfolk; two stepsons, Andrew Shipp and Floyd Shipp, both of Princess Anne County; another sister, Mrs. Grace Hewitt Revelle, and a brother, William John Hewitt, both of Norfolk. Mrs. Shipp was a lifelong resident of this vicinity and was residing at London Bridge. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow at 4 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
